System of electronic injection of fuel (EFI) - the general informationAll cars considered in the real Management are equipped with system of programmed injection of fuel (PGM-FI) which can be functionally broken into three main subsystems: system of supply of air, electronic control system and system of supply of fuel. Management of functioning of system carries out RSM, developing necessary teams on the basis of the data arriving from information sensors (temperature of cooling liquid, the provision of a butterfly valve [TPS], absolute pressure in the pipeline [MAR], etc.). On the basis of the analysis of information of RSM arriving from sensors defines optimum at present structure of an air and fuel mix.
Functioning of system of injection is close crossed with work of system of decrease in toxicity of the fulfilled gases more detailed information on which can be obtained from materials of Head Engine management.
System of supply of airThe system consists of an air purifier, air sleeves, the case of a throttle, the device of stabilization of turns of idling and the inlet pipeline. The inlet pipeline both 4-cylinder engines, and V6 engines consists of two sections: bottom (actually pipeline) and top (delivery chamber). Procedures of removal and installation of both sections are described in Head the Engine.
Cases of a throttle has a single-chamber cross line design. The lower part of the case of a throttle is warmed up by cooling liquid of the engine in order to avoid an icing in frosty weather. The screw of adjustment of turns of idling is located from above on the throttle case. The sensor of provision of a butterfly valve (TPS) is connected to an axis of the last and traces extent of its opening.
On single turns of the engine the structure of an air and fuel mix is supervised by system of stabilization of turns of idling (IAC) which structure includes RSM, the electronic sensor of temperature of cooling liquid (eats), the IAC valve and a set of information sensors (the sensor of temperature of soaked-up air [IAT], the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve [TPS], the sensor of absolute pressure in the pipeline [MAR], etc.), - see also Head Engine management. Management of functioning of the IAC valve carries out RSM, proceeding from information on the current load of the engine (functioning To/in, the power steering, temperature of cooling liquid etc.) . The valve makes adjustment of an expense arriving in the inlet pipeline via the case of a throttle of air. Developing commands for operation of the IAC RSM valve is guided by the data arriving from various information sensors and allowing to define the current speed of movement of the car, temperature of cooling liquid, a condition To/in it (is included/is switched off), power steering use, etc. In order to avoid violation of stability of turns of idling at engine start the IAC valve opens in the course of a provorachivaniye of a cranked shaft at once after start implementation for the purpose of ensuring giving of additional weight of air in the inlet pipeline.

System of supply of fuelNumber of components of system of supply of fuel treat: electric fuel pump, regulator of pressure of fuel, injection injectors, damper of pulsations of fuel, injection injectors, fuel highway and main relay of a power supply system.
The electric fuel pump is located in a fuel tank. The pump sucks in fuel from a tank through filtering element, then pumps over it via the additional fuel filter and submits to injection injectors. Also safety valve preventing excessive increase of pressure of fuel in case of violation of passableness of a path is provided.
The regulator of pressure of fuel provides a constant pressure of supply of fuel to injectors. Excess of fuel on the returnable line goes back to a fuel tank.
Injectors represent electromagnetic valves of a constant course. The main components of an injector are: an operating electromagnet, a plunzher and the needle valve. All listed details are placed in the general case. When passing an electric current on the solenoid coil the needle valve is slightly opened, fuel under a pressure fills a cavity of the case of an injector and выпрыскивается through its nozzle in the chamber of combustion of the corresponding cylinder. The amount of injected fuel is defined by duration of time of opening of the valve, i.e., duration of giving of tension on the electromagnet coil. For the purpose of the restriction of a current passed through injectors, electroconducting of chains of the last turns on resistors.
Lasting inclusions of injectors RSM operates. In memory of the module base values of time of opening of valves for various combinations of entering parameters (turns of the engine and amount of soaked-up air) are put. Necessary information arrives on the module in the form of signals from various sensors of the engine.
The main relay of system of injection is established at the left or on the right before a windscreen under the panel of a fairing and the second consists of two working elements one of which represents the RSM relay and fuel injectors, and - the relay of the fuel pump.
