Removal and installation of assembly of the control panel by functioning of a heater and air conditioner, adjustment of a driving cable

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that have the correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

2. The control panel fastens to a back part of facing of an instrument guard. The description of procedure of removal of facing is provided in Head the Body.
3. Separate facing of an instrument guard and take away it from the dashboard so to provide possibility of a detachment of two contact sockets from a reverse side of the control panel with functioning of the heater/conditioner of air.

4. Turn out fixing screws and separate the control panel from facing of an instrument guard.

5. Installation is made upside-down.

Cable adjustment

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Management of supply of more hotly cooling liquid in the heat exchanger of a heater is carried out by means of the special zaslonka, established on a back partition of an impellent compartment (from the engine). The drive of a zaslonka is made by means of the metal cable connected to a control lever by mixing of air submitted to salon on the control panel by functioning of the heater/conditioner of air.

2. In an impellent compartment liberate a cable from a clamp on assembly of the managing director of a zaslonka.

3. In salon of the car release a clamp and throw off a cable loop from a control lever hook mixing of submitted air.

4. Include ignition and transfer a control lever air mixing to the situation MOVE COOL (the maximum cold). Connect a cable loop to the lever and, pressing a cable cover to an emphasis, latch a clamp.
5. In an impellent compartment delay the lever of a zaslonka of the heat exchanger to a partition against the stop, connect to it a tip of a cable and latch a cover in a clamp.
