CHECK

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The suspension bracket of the power unit on the V6 models is carried out by means of four support, forward and back from which are equipped by the hydraulic proof-readers allowing essentially to lower level of vibrations on single turns of the engine (see. 2. For check it is necessary to raise slightly the engine, having unloaded support.
3. To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props. Get a jack under the pallet of a case of the engine (for the purpose of distribution of loading lay between a head of a jack and the pallet wooden whetstone). Cock a jack, having slightly raised the unit and having unloaded support.

At all do not perform any works under the car, withheld in the lifted situation by means of only one jack!

4. Check pillows of support on existence of cracks, signs of hardening of rubber and an otsloyeniye from the metal basis.
5. Estimate size люфта between plates of support and power a car unit/frame (as the lever use mount or a big screw-driver). In case of identification люфта lower the unit and tighten fixture of support.

REPLACEMENT

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

The right support (from the passenger)

1. Prop up transmission by a jack, having completely unloaded the right support of a suspension bracket of the power unit.

. Turn out a through bolt, give a fastening bolt to an arm of the engine of an electric cable, then give two bolts of fastening of an arm of a support on the engine. Turn out three bolts of fastening of a support to the chassis of the car and remove a rubber pillow.

3. Installation is made upside-down.

The left support (from the driver)

1. The left support of a suspension bracket of the power unit is located under a case of transmission and fixed on a stretcher.

2. Having propped up the engine, give two nuts located under a stretcher and two bolts of fastening of assembly to a transmission case. Remove a pillow.
3. Installation is made upside-down.

The final tightening of fixture of a support with demanded effort should be made only after lowering of the power unit in regular situation. Pass to performance of the procedures listed in the section the Final stage of a tightening of fixture of all support.

Forward support

1. The forward support of a suspension bracket of the power unit is located between the block of the engine and a radiator and equipped with the device of hydraulic adjustment (see. The section System of correction of a suspension bracket of the power unit - the general information and check of serviceability of functioning).

2. Give a big nut, navernuty on acting of an engine arm the end of a fixing hairpin.
3. Turn out four bolts of fastening of a support to the chassis, then disconnect from the lower part of assembly a vacuum hose.
4. Lift the engine so that there was a possibility of liberation of a hairpin from the top arm. Remove assembly.
5. Installation is made upside-down.

The final tightening of fixture of a support with demanded effort should be made only after lowering of the power unit in regular situation. Pass to performance of the procedures listed in the section the Final stage of a tightening of fixture of all support.

Back support

1. The back support is located between the engine and a back partition of an impellent compartment and, on a level with a lobby, equipped with the device of hydraulic adjustment (see. The section System of correction of a suspension bracket of the power unit - the general information and check of serviceability of functioning).

2. Give a big nut, navernuty on acting of an arm of the engine of a hairpin.

3. Turn out four bolts of fastening of a support to the chassis and disconnect a vacuum hose from the lower part of assembly.
4. Raise the engine so that there was a possibility of free liberation of a hairpin from the top arm. Remove assembly.
5. Installation is made upside-down.

The final tightening of fixture of a support with demanded effort should be made only after lowering of the power unit in regular situation. Pass to performance of the procedures listed in the section the Final stage of a tightening of fixture of all support.

Final stage of a tightening of fixture of all support

1. For the purpose of the maximum extension of service life of rezinometallichesky support and decrease in level of noise and vibrations the final tightening of fixture of support with demanded effort should be made after lowering of the power unit in regular situation (the car should be parked on an equal horizontal platform).

For greasing of a carving part of fixture (bolts and nuts) use not stiffening hermetic.

2. Track, that rubber plugs were not braided or displaced from the seats. If replacement more than one support was made, and also at installation of the power unit the tightening of fixture of support should be made in the following order:

a) Forward support;
b) Back support;
c) Right support;
d) Left support.
