System of correction of a suspension bracket of the power unit - the general information and check of serviceability of functioning

General information

All models equipped with AT, are equipped with system of electronic control by adjustment of parameters of a back support of the power unit. Under control parameter is level of vibrations of the unit at single turns of the engine. In assembly of a support there are two chambers filled by working liquid. When the engine works at single turns the module of management as functioning of the power unit (RSM), develops command for inclusion of the impellent compartment of the electromagnetic valve operating giving of depression from the inlet pipeline in a back support of a suspension bracket of the power unit established on a back partition. Change of depth of depression submitted to assembly leads to redistribution of working liquid between internal chambers of a support that allows in an essential measure to lower level of the vibrations transferred from the engine to a body of the car. When lifting frequency of rotation of the engine over 1000 rpm giving of depression is blocked and the support passes to a passive mode of functioning, working as a usual amortization pillow.

CHECK

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. At increase of level of vibrations with transition to single turns check the managements connected to the electromagnetic valve of functioning of a back support of a suspension bracket of the power unit vacuum hoses on existence of signs of leaks and mechanical damages.
2. At the heated-up engine working at single turns (less than 800 rpm) ask the assistant to include transfer (the parking brake is cocked, foot - it is squeezed out). At this time several times include-disconnect food giving on the electromagnetic valve (by a detachment connection of the socket of electroconducting). If the valve functions regularly, should have appreciable change of level of vibrations.

3. Transfer transmission to the situation "R" or "N", disconnect electroconducting and make sure available tension of the battery on the plug of a black and yellow wire. If tension is absent, check a chain condition on a site from the socket to a safety lock No. 6 in the assembly block located at the left under the dashboard (see. Head Onboard electric equipment).

4. Lift frequency of rotation of the engine to value of 1000 rpm, - tension should disappear from the plug of a black and yellow wire in the valve socket, otherwise check electroconducting going to RSM on existence of signs of short circuit.
5. Measure tension between plugs of two wires of the socket. Tension of the battery should take place, otherwise check a chain condition on a site between the socket and RSM.
6. Disconnect from the electromagnetic valve the top vacuum hose and submit on it depression by depth of 228 mm of mercury. from the manual vacuum pump. Depression should keep within not less than 20 seconds, otherwise it is necessary to replace a hose, or actually support assembly.
7. Without suppressing the engine, several times create and dump depression, - appreciable change of intensity of vibrations should take place.
8. Disconnect from the electromagnetic valve the bottom vacuum hose and make sure available on it depression of the inlet pipeline. If depression is absent, check a hose condition. In the presence of depression, but absence of demanded reaction to its giving (see paragraph 7), replace the valve.
