Blocking system - the general information, condition check, replacement and adjustment of an electromagnet of management

Models of cars considered in the real Management are equipped with system of additional safety (SRS). Before starting performance of any works near the block of a safety cushion, a steering column or the dashboard, disconnect SRS in order to avoid receiving traumas at its casual operation (see. Head Onboard electric equipment). Electroconducting of a chain of SRS is easy for distinguishing on yellow color of isolation.

General information

On all equipped AT models the system of blocking preventing inadvertent switchings of a box is provided. The system of blocking consists of two subsystems: systems of blocking of gear shifting and system of blocking of a key.

System of blocking of a key

The system prevents possibility of extraction of a key from the ignition lock until the lever of the selector will not be transferred to the situation "R". At key introduction in the lock in any distinct from "R" position of the lever there is the activation of the electromagnetic actuation mechanism doing extraction of a key by the impossible. To take a key, transfer the lever to situation demanded ("R").

System of blocking of gear shifting

The system prevents possibility of transfer of the lever of the selector from the situation "R" in the provisions "R" or "D" without squeezing of a pedal of a foot brake. Blocking joins also at simultaneous squeezing of pedals of a brake and an accelerator. In default systems the lever can be unblocked by a way of introduction of a key to a special groove near lever assembly.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Given below check of electromagnetic actuation mechanisms of both blocking can are made by own strengths of the amateur mechanic in house conditions. More detailed diagnostics of system should be carried out in the conditions of a car-care center workshop.

2. Remove the bottom section of furnish of the dashboard and a knee emphasis (see. Head Body).

3. Disunite the 7-contact socket of the main plait of electroconducting.

4. Check the socket on conductivity existence between plugs in various positions of the switch of ignition. At a key utaplivaniye in the lock between plugs 5 and 7 of the socket conductivity should take place, at a key otpuskaniye, - is not present.
5. Make sure that extraction of a key is not obviously possible when giving tension of the battery on plugs 7 (+) and 3 (-).
6. If the key is not taken, therefore, the system of blocking functions regularly, otherwise it is necessary to replace assembly of the lock of ignition (see. Head Onboard electric equipment). Blokiratora in an individual order are not issued.

7. Remove the console (see. Head Body).

8. Disunite the 2-contact socket of the electromagnetic device of blocking of gear shifting.

9. By means of two wires crossing points for an instant connect the battery to socket plugs (a positive pole - to the plug 1, negative - to the plug 2), - at the submitted food possibility of switching of the lever should be absent, otherwise the device is subject to replacement.

Violation of polarity of connection of the battery is fraught with diode failure in electromagnetic assembly.

10. Remove wires crossing points and transfer the selector lever back to the situation "R".
11. Make sure that blocking of the lever is disconnected at its utaplivaniye and again works at an otpuskaniye.

12. Remove the central console (see. Head Onboard electric equipment).

13. Disunite the 4-contact socket of the sensor switch of position of the lever of the selector around placement of the central console.

14. Transfer the lever to the situation "R" and make sure available conductivity between socket plugs 3 and 4.
15. Now transfer the lever to the situation "N", - conductivity between plugs 3 and 4 should disappear.
16. At negative results described above check replace the sensor switch.

Replacement and adjustment of the electromagnetic actuation mechanism

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Procedure described below concerns only a gear shifting blokirator. Information on replacement of the electromagnetic actuation mechanism of blocking of the ignition key is provided in the Section devoted to replacement of the cylinder of the lock of ignition (see. Head Onboard electric equipment).

1. Remove the central console (see. Head Body).
2. Disunite the 2-contact socket of electroconducting of the electromagnetic actuation mechanism.

3. Having hooked, remove a clamp of the actuation mechanism.

4. Remove assembly of the actuation mechanism with a plunzher and a plunzherny spring.
5. Installation is made upside-down.
